Due to the amazing growth and expansion of both companies Imperial Analytics will help us support each other in our growth and bring a more well rounded support system to the agricultural community. We want to present data in its pure separate form from the consulting and interpretation. Now that Imperial Analytics is part of our collective world, DBS can spend more time on education and solving crop management problems. Royal god can have access to a greater amount of testing to improve their internal quality control system. All of this will help to Improve the customer experience, allow for more offerings and better solutions
Imperial Analytics is our effort to make good things better. By separating Data, Service, and Product Imperial Analytics, DBS, and Royal Gold can focus on what they each do best independently,
but cooperatively. Imperial will bring the data- clear, plain information for you to base your decisions on. DBS will bring solutions- education, problem solving, and decision making expertise renowned throughout the world. And Royal Gold will bring the products- Clean, consistent, purposeful, and professional, with improved and unparalleled quality control. We feel the power to focus each business on its strongest suit will give the customer what they deserve- the very best we can offer.
How does it work?: DBS will continue accepting samples at their new office in Arcata located as 920 Samoa Blvd Ste 216 & 217, above Richards Goat and the Trim Scene. The samples will be processed at our new Laboratory on Guintoli, by the North Coast Veterinary Hospital.
Meet Our Staff
Erin Johnson: Lab Manager at Imperial Analytics
In 2008, Erin received a B.S. from University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point; majoring in Biology and minoring in both Chemistry and Psychology. Immediately after, she moved to Bakersfield, CA, and for 9 years, worked as an analytical chemist in quality control labs within the petroleum industry. During that time, she was an active member with the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) standards organization and became well versed in Good Laboratory Practices (G.L.P). In 2018, she made the transition over to agricultural soils testing in Humboldt County with Dirty Business Soil Consulting and Analysis. With this move, she brought the knowledge and know how in creating and deploying standardized processes in accordance with GLP and ISO standards. Her role as laboratory manager at Dirty Business, and now Imperial Analytics, includes, but not limited to, analytical work, customer service, quality assurance and control, method development, and providing leadership to her staff. Since her move up here, she has enjoyed sharing her skill sets and expertise to an industry and company concerned about elevating and serving community. During her down time, she enjoys hiking in the redwoods, exploring new things, and having adventures.
Jamie Goble: Laboratory Technician
Jamie was raised here in Humboldt County and attended College of the Redwoods during her highschool years, graduating with an Associates in Science Exploration one semester after receiving her highschool diploma. After a three-year period of working in the traditional medical field, she returned to college, this time to Humboldt State University. She graduated in the spring of 2021 with a Bachelors in Science in Botany, ready to apply her freshly acquired skills to a local laboratory, and was delighted to be brought on board the IA team. As a Lab Assistant, she provides support to her coworkers to ensure smooth workflow and to help maintain the high quality results that IA delivers. Her interests include video games, tabletop RPGs, baking, and exploring Humboldt’s unique lichen diversity.
