How Does it Work?

  • Collect Your Sample

    Gather the sample and place sample in a box. Label sample bag with Name/Date/Time and completely fill out COC.

  • Drop Off Or Mail It In

    Drop it off at our facility, where you'll find a no contact drop box in the front of the buildling, or give it to an IA employee at the dutch doors. Or mail your sample to the address below.

  • Payment

    Provide payment through mailed check or money order, cash upon in person delivery, or with a credit card.

  • Receive Your Results

    We will call or email you when your sample testing has been completed
